Accessible construction starts with the people who will use the home, the site and a documented brief. We can discuss new homes, renovations and multi-unit work where accessibility shapes the scope from the outset.
Accessible homes beyond SDA
A client may need a tailored outcome for mobility, sensory, cognitive or changing needs. We work from the designer's and relevant specialists' documented requirements, test buildability and record important selections and hold points. An accessible home is not automatically an NDIS SDA dwelling.
SDA-intended projects
The intended SDA design category and building type should be established before detailed design and pricing. An independent accredited SDA assessor provides the required design-stage and final certifications, while the registered SDA provider manages NDIA enrolment. Certification does not guarantee enrolment.
A practical first conversation
Tell us the project location, intended use, design category if SDA is contemplated and what drawings or specialist advice already exist. Do not send participant health details through the general enquiry form; a suitable handling method can be agreed if the project progresses.
