Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer, or a contract. Indicative timeframes, process descriptions and general cost guidance are exactly that — general. Every project is priced on its own site conditions, drawings and specification, through a fixed-price tender.
Any building work we carry out is governed solely by the signed building contract for that project, together with the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic) and the Building Act 1993 (Vic). If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract prevails.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or complete. Building regulations, costs and lead times change. Do not rely on this website alone when making a decision — talk to us.
When you send an enquiry you agree that the information you give us is true and that you are entitled to give it. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige us to take on your project.
